In partnership with Precision General Commercial Contractors and La Causa Development of NV, our team is currently working on the construction of this new 50-unit multi-family apartment complex. Gold Country is our first project outside of the State of California. This project will include 5 buildings, with one- and two- bedroom units for low-income families in Lyon County. Work is expected to begin May 1st and it includes structural wood framing, drywall, taping, and finishing. Stay tuned for more updates about this project!
