Empowering Construction Foremen: Leadership & Administration Training Series

Every successful construction project requires strong leadership and seamless administrative management. As a result, we have implemented our Leadership & Administration Training Series, a monthly development program for our foremen and foremen assistants designed to equip them with the essential skills they need to effectively manage their teams and handle project logistics.
Held once a month on Saturdays, this hands-on training focuses on critical areas such as project planning, budgeting, managing documentation, and fostering strong communication between our administrative and project leadership teams. Through this development program, we aim to enhance the administrative expertise of our project leadership team and contribute to the success of each of our projects.
We are excited to kick off this new year with development opportunities that aim at elevating the skills and knowledge of our workforce.
